Deep Stretch Yoga

Join Dawn (500 RYT) for an enjoyable sequence of nurturing postures helping to open the body and create positive energy. This practice is a blend of slow, flowing, movements and longer holds of deep, nourishing stretches. 

Benefits include restoring range of motion, improving flexibility/joint health, reducing stress/anxiety, and calming the nervous system. Recordings are available if you can’t attend in person. Beginners welcome.

Classes are held weekly.
