Custom designed Home Yoga Programs - Via Zoom

A custom designed home yoga practice would be tailored to your needs.  It can be crafted to help with a specific physical ailment or with a emotional/energetic component. The program would include a detailed yoga sequence, mantra (a statement to repeat to yourself), mudra (symbolic hand gesture), and two zoom or FaceTime calls (1/2 hr each)- one at the beginning of the program to discuss the practice and a follow up call a week later.

Meditation & Mindfulness Mentoring - Via Zoom

Explore various mediation, mindfulness, and breathing techniques 1 on 1.  A few of the amazing benefits of  a meditation and mindfulness practice are a reduction in stress levels, improvement of brain functions, increased immune function, weight loss, and a decrease in anxiety, nervousness and self doubt.

Private Yoga - Via Zoom

Delve deep into your practice (or begin your practice!) with private, personalized yoga instruction with me! In a one-on-one environment, your classes will be tailored to meet your unique needs and support your goals. Benefits of private yoga include the following: practicing in a stress free environment, learning about the different styles of yoga, focusing on specific physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual goals, & addressing any special physical needs such as injuries, rehabilitation, strength, or flexibility.
